GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By ordering a Product on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all these Terms and Conditions you cannot use any of our services.

PRICING

All prices on our website are in Euros (€) and include VAT. Depending on your delivery address, different taxation rules and additional charges may apply. You may have to pay import duties and taxes upon receipt of the Product(s). We will notify you during checkout if you will have to pay import duties and/or taxes. We have no control over these charges. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.

Prices do not include transport costs which will be charged in addition and clearly displayed at checkout. Transport costs will vary depending on the Product(s) ordered and your delivery address.

PAYMENT METHODS

Purchases can only be paid for online. We accept Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Your bank account will be debited once the purchase has been confirmed. If your bank refuses payment, the order will be refused automatically.

We take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of your online transactions. All delivery obligations are suspended until receipt of full payment. Ownership of all ordered products will be retained by us until full payment.

DELIVERY

Every order is processed as soon as possible. All reasonable efforts are made to deliver your order within 7 working days. However, delivery times may vary depending on your delivery address and the time of year. The estimated delivery date will be stated in your order confirmation email.

It is your responsibility to enable delivery to the specified place. If no one is available to sign for your order, our delivery partner will leave a note and you will need to contact them to rearrange delivery.

For international deliveries, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, we will gladly offer you a refund. All returns should be sent back in their original packaging. You have 14 days from receipt of order to inform us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. Items should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, or returned without their original labels will not be accepted. Items returned after the 14 days' term will not be accepted either.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days. The cost of your return shipment will be deducted from your refund.
